Our Refund and Returns Policy is as follows.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Our returns department processes returns and refunds within 1 week of receipt. Return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returns due to buyer’s remorse. If the return is a result of a defect, damage in transit, or a shipping error on our part your return shipping cost and restocking fee is waived, and original shipping charges will be fully refunded.
You can expect a refund within 24-72 hours depending on your bank after your refund has been processed. A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund for your convenience.
Seasonal & nutritional items are non-returnable.

all Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage) - For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at Effective Pet Products safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Store Credit
We do not offer a store credit on returned items. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method at the time of purchase. Then simply place a new order if you wish.
Exchange Policy
We do not do exchanges for different items for warranty purposes. Every purchase requires an invoice with the date of purchase for the manufacturer to honor their warranties. Please return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. If you have a color or style request, please contact us before ordering so we can check our inventory for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged, has a manufacturer defect, or if you received the wrong product. Please do not ship products back to us, we will provide shipping labels and replacements promptly.
Expiration Date Return Window
Please contact us immediately if you receive a product that is within 120 days of the expiration date. We will be happy to assist you with a prepaid return label, replacements, or a refund if needed to remedy the situation.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer’s warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Your return window will be extended for the Holidays. All items sold between October 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
